Baseline is a consulting company specialized in the fields of (MEAL) monitoring, evaluation, assessment, and data collection established in the Syrian capital, Damascus, during the prolonged Syrian Crisis by group of Syrian experts.

At the time of the continued prolonged Syrian crisis, one of the harshest humanitarian crises in recent history, a group of Syrian experts established the “Baseline” company in Damascus; as a consulting company specialized in the fields of monitoring, evaluation, assessment, and data collection.
The company’s staff has diverse experiences in various aspects of humanitarian work, in addition to an in-depth comprehension of the dynamics of the Syrian conflict and its humanitarian and local implications and consequences.
With the increasing number of humanitarian interventions directed to Syria, Baseline provides its consultations in the fields of evaluation and monitoring to a wide range of partners, aspiring to provide them in a transparent and evidence-based manner concerning the Syrian context in its various levels and sectors.
